When will my order ship?
We work to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Orders will be fulfilled 8am-1pm Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will not ship until the following Monday. Rest assured that you will receive an email confirmation, including tracking information, once your order has shipped.
When will I have my order in hand?
Many of our products are handmade in our Colorado workshop. Please allow up to 5 business days for production time prior to shipping your order. If your order contains products with different lead times, the order will ship once all products ordered are available. In many cases outside holiday times, we're able to turn around orders much quicker than that.
Can I expedite my order?
Given that most of our products are handmade to order, please understand that you're talking to a small business and not Amazon Prime. However, we're more than happy to do whatever possible to accommodate your needs. Give us a shout at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
What if I need to change my order or shipping information?

Can you ship an item as a gift?

What is your warranty/guarantee?
We stand behind everything we sell, and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your Last Exit product, you can return it for a replacement or refund within one year of purchase (minus shipping to/from). Our guarantee does not cover normal wear-and-tear or damage caused by accidents or misuse.
For any defect in materials or workmanship, we will cover all costs for replacement or refund at any time throughout its life. Please email us at email@example.com with any questions or to inquire about the Guarantee.
As products and styles occasionally change and evolve in our line, we cannot guarantee exchanges for the same product in the future. Please contact us and we will do all we can to accommodate you.
What kind of leather do you use?
We go out of our way to source the best full-grain leather raw material possible, all from domestic US sources. We work exclusively with full-grain leather. We wouldn't dare use lower quality leather (in order of quality): top-grain, split-grain, genuine leather, bonded leather. Yuck.
We also, in most cases, use a "finished" leather, which means that the leather has spent a period of time within a legendary tannery (like Horween) bathing in salts, oils, fats and liquors in order to obtain an incredible look and feel that will last the test of time and even get more beautiful as it joins you in your story.
What are attributes of this leather that I should be aware of?
Inherent in any full-grain leather products are variabilities in color and textures among even the same item. Included in this variability are frequently some small "character" blemishes that tell the stories of its past life as an animal. These are unique to each piece, and, what we believe, make each a true one-of-a-kind.
Snug fitting pockets on card cases and snug belt fits are normal at first. With age and use, your Last Exit product will take on its own attributes of your story - the way you wear it and the oils from your hands from daily use will eventually help it shape a beautiful patina. Please be advised of this inherent nature of leather when purchasing.
P.S. - Just like if you wear a nice pair of high-quality leather shoes and accidentally drag a toe across the curb, there are scars that will show. While incredibly durable, our leather is not bulletproof. If you drag a fingernail across your leather bag or drop kick a wallet across a parking lot, it will make marks that will likely stand. Use a wet towel or finger and use some good old-fashioned "elbow grease" to blend it in. And then enjoy the new unique attribute of your piece! As we like to say, "Age tells a story."
How do I care for my leather goods?
In taking care of your leather piece, usually a damp soft cloth and horsehair brush can solve most of your cleaning and polishing needs. From time-to-time over the life of the product, you may find the need to clean and replenish the original oils of the leather.
Just be aware that using other leather oils, cremes and cleaners can have darkening effects on your items. We cannot be held responsible for improper use of leather oils and cleaners. We suggest testing products in an inconspicuous spot first.

How do I care for waxed canvas products?
How do I choose my belt size?
To ensure a proper fit, measure a belt you already own from the fold behind the buckle to the most-used hole. This is your belt size to select in the drop down menu (generally this measurement is ~2 inches longer than your pant size). Odd size measurements, we suggest going up in size. So if you measure 35" (you'd likely wear 33" pant size), select the 36" belt.
As with all quality leather, there is a break-in period. We do our best to size your new belt with room for the leather (or you) to stretch into the middle of 5 holes, spaced 1" apart. We cannot be responsible for incorrect measurement provided in your order. Please contact us with questions.
How do I choose my wrist cuff size?
Please take a generous measure around your wrist (not too tight). Select the size accordingly in the drop-down menu.
Can I request a custom item?
We are unable to accommodate custom item requests at this time. We do, however, offer customization of many of our leather products for special events like birthdays, weddings and the like. Please see our "Custom" section in the above Menu navigation for access to the products in that category.
What are the monogram options?
We can accommodate up to eight capital letters and/or numbers with our monogramming service. Special characters are available, so please make your request in our Custom Stamping add-on in the Notes. We will contact you if there are questions or issues with your request.
All monogram purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Why was I contacted to verify my order?
Last Exit Goods reserves the right to contact any customer regarding their order if our system alerts us to a suspicion of fraud. In these circumstances we may ask you to help us verify your identity prior to processing or shipping your order. We take these steps to ensure the safety of our customers and our business - we appreciate your understanding!
Why was my order cancelled?
Although unlikely, we reserve the right to cancel orders due to shortage of materials or suspicion of fraud. We will contact you immediately with an explanation, should order cancellation be necessary.
Can I get a price adjustment?
Last Exit Goods offers a one time price adjustment for any full-price item that experiences a markdown within the first 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please contact us at

Can I get an additional discount?
We run promotional discounts from time-to-time, announced through our newsletter and/or our social media channels. The discounts offered are only available for that advertised duration.
