One year to return

If your Last Exit product isn’t right for you, you can return it in unused, original condition for a refund or exchange within one year of purchase. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and return shipping is your responsibility.

A lifetime of craftsmanship

If your product develops a defect in materials or workmanship at any point in its lifetime, we’ll replace it or refund your purchase and cover all shipping costs. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by accidents or misuse.

Products and styles may change over time. If your original product is no longer available, we’ll work with you to find a suitable replacement or provide a refund.
