Shipping policy
This hopefully goes without saying, but we are NOT Amazon Prime. Last Exit Goods is a family-owned and run small business that strives to get orders fulfilled in as timely a manner as is humanly possible.
In-stock orders usually ship out of our workshop within 1-3 business days via the method of shipment that the customer selects at checkout (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). If there is a pressing time constraint on receiving your order by a certain date, please contact us at customerservice (at) lastexitgoods (dot) com. We will always do our best to accommodate you.
Any bulk orders of one item, customizations (initials, logos, etc.) added to your items necessitate extra production time, which varies, but we usually see a 3-4 day production lead-time before they ship. Meaning if you select USPS Priority 3-day, it will be 3 days in transit from the time it leaves our workshop, which may be 3-4 days from the time you placed the order.
Given the handmade aspects of our product line, we don't manage an extensive amount of back-stock inventory, so we appreciate your patience. Any expected delays in production will be announced at the header of our home page (in times of holiday or vacation closure of the shop, etc.). If there are any unexpected delays in the above stated timeframes after an order has been placed, a staff member will reach out to you directly. Although rare, shipping delays due to weather or carrier issues are unfortunately outside of our control.
International shipping originating from the United States can be a fickle beast, so please understand that customs and other delays that might be imposed at the country of delivery are beyond our control. Please select the method of shipment that best suits estimated delivery windows based on your needs. If there are questions or clarifications on what method is best - please contact us.
